Product Description :

Allows newer 18 & 20V "slide" batteries to be used with older 18V "post type" battery tools.
Features:
The DeWALT DCA1820 20V MAX Battery Adapter for 18V Tools is compatible with most DEWALT 18V tools and allows for use of 20V MAX compact batteries in most DEWALT 18V tools.
This adapter requires use of DEWALT 20V MAX charger, as this adapter will not fit into DEWALT 18V chargers.
Do not use adapter with premium batteries (DCB200, DCB204, DCB204BT, DCB205) in 18V Compact drills DC970, DC759.

Please note:
You will need a compatible 20V charger.
Ensure that this item is suitable for your equipment (contact me if necessary).
Tools and batteries not included.
Not suitable for Nailers / Nail Guns / Brad guns
Will drain battery over time if left connected.
Will not function with the following chargers: DE/W9116, DE/W9117, DE/C9310, DE/C9319, DE/C9320, DCB103, or previous models.
Will not function with the following nailers: DC628K, DC618K, DC616K, DC608K, or DC608B Nailers;
